Today is day 15 of the month long writing challenge sponsored by Two Writing Teachers.
Yesterday’s Annoyances = Today’s Beauty
Eighteen inches of snow fell in our area on Tuesday. It created havoc for us all with the wild blowing winds and the late night snowblowing operations. I plopped on the couch at 9pm exhausted and beat from wielding the large machine around the driveway. I had no energy and was quite frankly done with winter.
That is until I woke on Wednesday morning…
These pictures speak louder than ANY words as I wonder at the beauty of it all!
Your pictures are exquisite. Like the world is covered with thousands of jewels.
Your photos are fabulous! I know the snow can be annoying, but I long for days of wintry white; doesn’t happen often here in central Texas. Thanks for letting us live vicariously; if you need some images and video of warmer climes, you can check out my post today. 🙂
Stunning photography, you have captured the beauty of the snow. The stillness of the crystal image is mesmerizing.
You live in a beautiful area. The photos are stunning, especially after the description of yesterday. Hopefully spring is around the corner for you.
Your pictures are beautiful. Yes, snow is pretty, but the coping factor is tough and you’ve had a lot this winter, for sure. I love the glowing picture.
It was amazing out there yesterday. Tammy and I are off to cross-country ski today to celebrate her birthday! I can’t wait to see how beautiful it will be. Thank you for sharing those photos – you have to do something with those for sure!
